Countdown to launch…
I recently discovered Beyond Meat: Chicken-Free strips in the deli section of Whole Foods. This delicious new plant-based protein is currently only available in Whole Food’s prepared deli entrees. However, Beyond Meat will be launched in the retail section, later this year.
I was so excited to cook with it, I convinced the deli clerk to let me purchase unprepared product from the Whole Foods kitchen. The flavor and texture of Chicken-Free Strips is fantastic! I made a variety of dishes, which you can view in Photos or explore in Recipes and the Video Cookbook.
